First Communion & Confirmation Class

Saturday, May 17, 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Children enrolled in First Communion and Confirmation Classes will meet with their catechists for the final monthly gathering. All those enrolled are required to attend.

Pancake Breakfast

The Knights of Columbus are back in the kitchen this Sunday making pancakes, eggs and sausages. Come and enjoy good food and great conversation after the 9am and 11am Masses. Donations gratefully accepted.

Prayer Teams

Are you in need of a healing prayer? Our prayer teams will be available to pray for you following the 9am and 11am Masses in "calming room" located near the back of the church.

2025-26 SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION

Are your children ready to prepare for baptism, First Communion, and/or confirmation? St. Alice is preparing for classes in the Fall and would like to know who will participate. Be on the lookout for a Flocknote Sign Up next week.

URGENT NEED FOR ADORERS

St. Alice has an immediate need for adorers to commit to a Holy Hour on the following days and times:

Thursday's from 1-2pm

Friday's from 1-2pm

Friday's from 2-3pm

Friday's from 3-4pm

Saturday's from 3-4pm

For all adorers: Remember to sign in on the iPad when arriving for a scheduled Holy Hour.

Also, please never leave Jesus unattended.

If the person(s) following you fails to show up, try calling them directly. Phone numbers can be found on the check-in iPad.

If scheduled adorer(s) cannot be reached, please look ahead to the next hour and contact adorers to see if someone can come early to Eucharist Adoration. As a last resort call (541) 747-7041 and follow the prompts to reach the emergency line.

IN THE COMMUNITY

The St. Alice Chapter of St. Vincent de Paul will be delivering a taco dinner to First Place Family Center this month, on Wednesday, May 28th. Click on the link below to sign up for the items you wish to donate. All items must be delivered by 2:00 p.m. Monday May 26th. Call Dawn McGee at 541-543-7786 to schedule a drop-off time. Please do not leave items at the office. Thank you for participating in this much-needed service to our community.

The St. Alice business team is still crunching numbers, but we can report the 3rd Annual St. Alice Dedication Day Dinner and Auction generated over $114,000! Thank you to all who helped make the May 9th event a success-- from those who generously donated items to those who placed bids in both the silent and live auction.

A special thank you the talented Sean & Leslie Jones and Donna Charko who co-chaired the event. Thank you also to Chef Martin and the St. Joseph Kitchen Ministry team for preparing tantalizing appetizers followed by a savory feast. We are also grateful to our St. Joseph Homeschool Academy students who provided stellar 5-star service!
